Is it safe to shop on Artitude.io?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it. Why should I create an account?
Creating an account is free, and allows you to access your profile and manage your profile, payment and shipping information. To create an account, visit artitude.io and click on "Sign Up" in the top right.
How do I change my email settings?
To change your email settings:
  • Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Settings"
  • From the Settings screen, click on "Email Subscription".
How do I change my password?
To change your password:
  • Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Settings"
  • From the Settings screen, click on "Change Password".
I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Sign In / Sign Up” button in the “My Profile” tab. Next, click “Sign In,” then “Forgot Password.” After entering your email address, you'll receive an email with a reset password link. Click on the link included in the email to reset your password.
Can I change my address?
If you would like to change shipping address, please immediately contact us within 24 hours once the order is placed. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once marked as "received" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package. Please ensure the correct address is entered at time of order.
Can I make my own list of favorite products? Where can I see it?
If you would like to create a favorite product list, you can simply add products to your shopping cart. All items in your shopping cart will be automatically saved for your next visit.

How do I make a purchase on Artitude.io?
To order from Artitude.io:
  • Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.
  • Tap Add to Cart.
  • When you've finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.
  • If you need to edit the items in your Cart, tap Edit or Delete next to the item in the Cart.
  • Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.

How do I check the status of an order?
Sign in to view your current order status or past order history. You can also write a review for items you've purchased.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, USPS sites.
Is there any taxes or customs fees on my order?
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Artitude.io has no control over these charges, nor can Artitude.io predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Can I cancel an order?
To cancel an item or an entire order:
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to Your Orders.
  • Click Cancel Items.
  • Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  • Click Cancel checked items when finished.

Shipping and Return Policy

How do you ship?
For domestic orders, we use UPS, Fedex, and USPS. For international orders, we use DHL and USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We are happy to ship artwork globally. To allow us to best serve you, please complete the shipping form upon checkout and try to be as detailed as possible, including a phone or mobile contact number is always helpful for international orders.
There will be a processing fee added to your order depending on the size of your piece(s) and where you ​would like your artwork shipped.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?

When will my order be shipped?
Once we receive your order, we will start our production process right away. The process normally takes 7-10 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

For a limited time, we offer FREE Shipping on all orders. There will be no additional shipping or delivery fee.

I received a damaged artwork. What do I do?
If you received a damaged order, please contact us immediately at info@artitude.io. We will reply within 1 business day and will try our best to make a solution.
My package is lost, what should I do?
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@artitude.io and we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (US only). For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that Artitude.io is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
